Detroit-style pizza is a light, thick pizza with caramelized cheese edges, square and premium ingredients. All dough, is made in house, cheese is shredded in house, and topped with an in house made red sauce. Removing processed ingredients and preservatives elevates the pizza flavor.

Our Long Pans measure 4"x12" and will SERVE ONE to TWO. DSP's measure 8"x10" and will SERVE TWO to THREE depending on if you are a light eater or a growing teenager. Our slices ARE LIMITED TO THE FOOD TRUCK and are available all day, measure 4"x6".

The best option is to use the air fryer. Heat at 350degF for 3-5 minutes. Check at 3 minutes and if it's hot, it's done.

Oven is next best option. Use a skillet, baking stone or cookie sheet, preheat oven to 350degF, brush the surface of the pan with oil or butter, and bake for 8 minutes until cheese is bubbling.

Pan is almost as good. Put skillet on burner set to medium-high heat. Coat pan with olive oil or butter, add Boisecrust pizza, reduce heat to medium, cover the pan and cook for 3-6 minutes. Check at 3 minutes for doneness.

Microwave. Only if your desperate and have none of the other above options. Taste is there, but the crunch of the crust is not the best. Cook at 30 second intervals and check if Pizza is hot.

all ingredients in our gluten freindly crusts are made with ingredients that do not contain gluten. Precautions are taken not using mixers that regular dough was mixed in, pans are scraped, washed and sanitized. But we are still a pizzeria, with flour floating in the air and cannot guarantee no trace of gluten.
