Might have been my first time trying Detroit style pizza, and it was one of the best slices I've had. Had to come online to find their schedule to see where I can find them next so I can get another slice of that goodness! Both soft and crispy and DELICIOUS.

Such flavorful pizza and just the right size!

The whipped mozzarella gave this traditional pizza something special! I have to resist stopping EVERY time I see the truck open. AND, get the antipasta salad! AMAZING!

We love Mother Earth brewery. Hard to not go there on Sundays and enjoy one of the most delicious and different pizzas in Boise. There are other very good ones but Boise Crust's pizza is very unique. Their sauce (excellent), their dough (fluffy and delicious flavor) and the way is prepared …. We love it !!! Very very outstanding pizza !!!

Boise Crust is one of my favorite food trucks, not only to eat but to book for events. The pizza is amazing and Kirk is always a pleasure to work with and happy to help out when his schedule allows. 10/10 everytime

Born and raised in Detroit, MI. I always looked forward to getting delicious, crusty, deep dish pizza when I would go to MI to visit family. Now I can get amazing Detroit style pizza right here in the Treasure Valley! 10/10 I definitely recommend!!!
